考虑机组穿越振动区风险的水电站AGC日前经济负荷分配策略研究 被引量:12

摘要 为协调水电站AGC负荷分配"安全、实时、经济"复杂关系及最大化提升水电站AGC机组联合避振能力,系统地提出一种考虑机组跨越振动区风险的水电站AGC日前经济负荷分配策略。综合考虑机组最大最小技术出力、汽蚀振动区、水头影响出力受阻等复杂约束,首先基于机组可运行区、机组可运行区间数、组合可运行区、组合可运行区间数等相关概念,提出了一种考虑负荷分布特性的机组穿越振动区风险评估方法。其次,针对水电站AGC日前负荷分配问题,结合水电站AGC机组关于穿越振动区的安全性需求,构建了基于穿越振动区风险控制的经济负荷分配模型。最后运用双层动态规划方法对模型进行求解。仿真结果表明,较传统方法而言,文中策略可有效减少机组穿越振动区次数,具备良好的机组穿越振动区风险控制能力,满足工程实际需求,具有广泛实用性。 In order to coordinate the complex relation of"safety,real time and economy"of automatic generation control(AGC)load distribution and maximize the joint vibration absorbance capacity of AGC units in hydropower station,a new daily economic load distribution strategy of AGC of hydropower station considering the risk of units crossing vibration zone is systematically presented.Firstly,the complex constraints of maximum and minimum unit output,cavitation vibration zone and blocked output due to water head influence are considered comprehensively,and based on the concepts of unit operable area,unit operable interval number,combined operable area and combined operable interval number,a risk assessment method of unit crossing vibration zone considering load distribution characteristics is proposed.Secondly,according to the daily economic load distribution problem of hydropower station AGC and the safety requirements of AGC units,an economic load distribution model based on the risk control of vibration zone crossing is constructed.Finally,the model is solved with a method of bi-level dynamic programming.Simulation results show that,compared with traditional methods,the strategy proposed in this paper effectively reduces the number of units crossing the vibration zone,has good risk control ability of units crossing the vibration zone,meets actual engineering needs,and has wide practicability.
