摘要
对某白烟尘进行两段酸浸和氧化酸浸浸出铜、砷试验。结果表明,该白烟尘采用常规酸浸工艺难以取得较好的指标,加入强氧化剂双氧水进行酸浸,可以提高铜、砷的浸出率,在L/S=10、初始硫酸浓度60g/L、30%双氧水用量1.0mL/g、反应温度80℃、充空气反应时间6h条件下,铜、砷浸出率分别为95.38%、89.65%。
Leaching of copper and arsenic from white dust were carried out by two-stage acid leaching and oxidation acid leaching.The results show that it is difficult to obtain better leaching index by conventional acid leaching,but leaching rate of Cu and As can be improved with assistance of hydrogen peroxide addition.Leaching rate of Cu and As is 95.38% and 89.65% respectively under the conditions including L/S=10,initial sulfuric acid concentration of 60 g/L,dosage of hydrogen peroxide(30%concentration)of 1 mL/g,reaction temperature of 80℃,and leaching time of 6 h.
