摘要
采用三室双阳膜电解法处理钠碱脱硫液的再生,主要考察了电流密度、钠碱脱硫液物质总浓度、钠碱脱硫液pH、电解时间、电解温度对再生过程的影响。结果表明,在电流密度127.8A/m2、钠碱脱硫液物质总浓度50g/L、钠碱脱硫液pH=5.4、电解时间4h、电解液温度60℃条件下,阴极室出口溶液pH可以达到6.72,中间室出口液pH为1.65,钠离子迁移电流效率为85.3%,单位电耗为0.168kWh/kg。
Sodium alkali desulfurization solution was regenerated by three compartment double cation membrane electrolysis.Effects of current density,total concentration of sodium alkali desulfurizer,pH value of sodium alkali desulfurization solution,electrolysis time,and electrolysis temperature on regeneration process were investigated.The results show that pH value of solution at outlet of cathode chamber and intermediate chamber is 6.72 and 1.65 respectively,current efficiency of sodium ion migration is 85.3%,and unit power consumption is 0.168 kWh/kg under the optimum conditions including current density of 127.8 A/m^2,total concentration of sodium alkali desulfurizer of 50 g/L,pH value of sodium alkali desulfurization solution of 5.4,electrolysis time of 4 h,and electrolyte temperature of 60 ℃ .
