金合欢素对糖尿病兔心房重构及心房颤动诱发率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨金合欢素对糖尿病兔心房重构及心房颤动(房颤)诱发率的影响。方法选择日本大耳白兔48只,随机选取16只作为对照组,另32只成功建立四氧嘧啶兔糖尿病模型后,再随机分为糖尿病组和金合欢素组(后颈部皮下注射金合欢素前体药物6 mg/kg,2次/d,连续8周),各16只。检测各组白兔超声心动图及血流动力学指标,通过病理和电生理检查,测定3组白兔左心房胶原容积分数、250 ms起搏时房间传导时间、心房电生理参数及房颤诱发情况。结果糖尿病组室间隔厚度和左心室后壁厚度较对照组明显增加(P<0.01)。糖尿病组左心房胶原容积分数高于对照组和金合欢素组[(11.58±2.39)%vs(3.40±0.72)%和(4.26±0.49)%,P<0.01],糖尿病组左、右心房传导速度较对照组和金合欢素组减慢(P<0.05,P<0.01);房间传导时间长于对照组和金合欢素组(P<0.01),糖尿病组左心房传导异质性指数、300 ms和250 ms基础起搏周长时心房有效不应期离散度高于对照组和金合欢素组(P<0.05,P<0.01),糖尿病组房颤诱发率高于对照组和金合欢素组(2.71%vs 0.63%和0.63%,χ~2=10.67,P<0.05)。结论金合欢素可改善糖尿病兔心房结构重构及电重构,降低房颤诱发率。 Objective To study the effects of acacetin on atrial structural remodeling,and AF inducibility in DM rabbits.Methods Forty-eighty Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into control group(n=16),DM group(n=16)and acacetin treatment group(6 mg/kg,twice a day,n=16)after a DM model of rabbits was established by giving alloxan for 8 weeks.Echocardiographic and hemodynamic parameters were recorded.The atrial collagen volume fraction,interatrial conduction time at the pacing time of 250 ms,atrial electrophysiological parameters and AF inducibility were detected in pathological and electrophysiological tests.Results The IVST and LVPWT were significantly thicker in DM group than in control group(P<0.01).The atrial collagen volume fraction was significantly higher in DM group than in control group and acacetin treatment group(11.58±2.39%vs 3.40±0.72%,4.26±0.49%,P<0.01).The left and right atrial conduction velocity was significantly slower(P<0.05,P<0.01)while the interatrial conduction time was significantly longer in DM group than in control group and acacetin treatment group(P<0.01).The left atrial conductive heterogeneity index,atrial effective refractory period dispersion and AF inducibility were significantly higher in DM group than in control group and acacetin treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acacetin can improve the atrial structural and electrical remodeling,and reduce the AF inducibility in DM rabbits.
