摘要
冲压件的压弯过程不完全是塑性变形过程,其弯曲部分同时还存在着弹性变形.工程师在设计弯曲模时,必须考虑回弹的影响.对回弹量的分析,一般依靠经验公式结合后期模具的试制过程进行反复调整,往往会影响模具的交货日期.支持向量回归机(SVR)可用于小样本条件下的多目标数据回归分析,将其应用在冲压件的弯曲回弹分析中,可以简化分析过程并提高设计效率.经过实际工程验证,表明SVR可以用于弯曲回弹量的分析计算,有效提高模具的设计效率.
The bending process of stamping is not exactly plastie deformation process,and the curved part also has elastic deformation.When engineers design bending die,they must consider the effects of springback.The analysis of the springback volume,generally rely on the empirical formula combined with the trial process of the die to adjust repeatedly,often affet the delivery date of the die.The support vector regression machine(SVR)can be used for multi-target data egression analysis under small sample conditions,and its application in the bending springback analysis of stamping parts can simplify the analysis process and improve design efficiency.After the actual.engineering verification,it is shown that SVR can be used for the analysis and caleulation of bending springback amount,which can efectively improve the design eficiency of the die.
