摘要
介绍了一种Z形汽车零件的拉伸模,针对Z形零件的结构特点及现实生产中遇到的问题,着重阐述了该模具中托料平衡机构和预压料机构的设计方案、装配方式及工作过程;该拉伸模特殊结构的设计能有效解决Z形零件的实际生产问题,对汽车白车身类似零部件的模具设计具有一定的借鉴意义.
A design of drawing die for Z-shaped automobile parts is introduced.The die contains supporting material balance mechanism and pre-pressing material mechanism,which can effectively solve the problem that Z-shaped parts can not be placed horizontally because of the height difference of blank holder ring.It can also solve the problem that when the upper die contacts with the sheet metal,the sheet metal will accumulate and lead to the scrap or appearance of the drawing parts.The die structure has a certain reference value for the development of similar parts of automobile body-in-white.
