Extruding Technology and Die Design of Connecting Pipe

叙述了采用挤孔工艺加工连接管内孔的特点,计算了挤压工艺参数,介绍了钢球和润滑剂的选用,并进行了工艺试验.试验结果表明:该工艺不仅能提高工件内孔的尺寸精度,降低表面粗糙度值,还提高了生产效率,降低生产成本,能满足大批量生产要求.

This paper described the processing characteristics of the connecting pipe inner hole by using the extruding technology,calculated the extrusion parameters.Introduced the selection of steel ball and lubricant,and carried out process test.The test results show that:this technology can not only improve the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece inner hole,reduce surface roughness,but also improves production efficiency,reduce the production cost and meet the requirements of mass production.
