摘要
通过对51家企业和181名高职模具专业学生的调查、统计、分析,深入剖析高职模具专业职业素养培养现状,结合企业需求提出高职模具专业学生职业素养培育路径:校内多方联动,搭建职业素养培育新平台;校企合作,共创职业素养教育新模式.
Based on the investigation,statistics and analysis of 51 enterprises and 181 die&mold students in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzed the current situation of die&mold speciality professional quality training in higher vocational colleges,put forward the cultivation paths combined with enterprise needs:The new platform of professional quality cultivation should be built through the cooperation of various parties in the school.School enterprise cooperation to create a new model of vocational quality education.
