新型复合埃洛石纳米管的制备及其阻燃性能研究

摘要 以环保绿色的埃洛石纳米管作为载体,在其表面组装两种带有相反电荷的多糖聚电解质壳聚糖(CHI)和葡聚糖硫酸盐(DSS),内部负载磷酸三苯酯,可以作为高效阻燃剂使用。研究结果表明:多糖成功地组装在埃洛石纳米管表面,其分子层厚度在5纳米左右。该复合型埃洛石纳米管具有良好的阻燃性能,极限氧指数从22.0提高到34.0,具有较好的市场应用前景。 This study used the environmental protection green natural halloysite nanotubes(HNTs) as the carrier then assembled two kinds of polysaccharide-polyelectrolyte chitosan(CHI) and dextran sulfate(DSS) with opposite electric charges with the triphenyl phosphate flame retardants loaded on the surface which can be used as a highly effective flame retardant. The results show that the polysaccharides were successful assembled on the surface of the eloxite nanotubes and the molecular layer thickness of halloysite nanotubes reaches about 5 nanometers. The composite halloysite nano tube is found having good flame-retardant performance and the limit oxygen index increases from 22.0 to 34.0, which promises very good market application prospect.
