摘要
大力发展社区教育,推动我国终身教育事业,是实现十九大"加快建设学习型社会"目标的重要举措。社区教育发展需要根据供给侧改革的视角,剖析社区教育供给侧改革的特点,从供给目标、供给主体、供给内容、供给手段、供给体系等五要素综合发力,促进社区教育高质量供给,满足社区居民日益增长的学习需求,构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会。
Community education is an important part of life-long education in China.Developing community education is a critical way to establish learning society.This paper uses the perspective of supply-side reform and suggests the supply goals,main participants,supply content,supply tools,and supply systems of community education.The paper analyzes the characteristics and boundary of the supply-side reform of community education.The findings have implications in facilitating quality supply of community education,satisfying increasingly more learning needs of community residents,helping education fairness and balance,establishing life-long education system,and achieving learning society in the new era of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.
