基于均衡分析的大受端电网主辅联合市场运行设计研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究特高压背景下受端电网的电力市场竞价策略,对受端电网省份现货市场的运行建设具有重要的前瞻意义。为此,该文建立了计及区外来电参与电能市场的电能及备用市场联合竞价均衡模型,通过构建基于多智能体系统的完全信息动态非合作博弈通信框架,进行联合市场纳什均衡的求解。模型计及电能和备用的总燃料成本、备用的机会成本,考虑外来电不确定性造成的系统额外备用,备用兼顾容量补偿和被调用后的电量补偿,以备用调用率构造期望净利润。仿真从网络约束、负荷需求量、外来电特性、备用调用率补偿、备用成本分摊模式、市场力抑制及网络规模7个方面对参与者的竞价行为进行了灵敏度分析,结论对于大受端系统现货市场机制的设计提出了合理化建议。 It is of great significance for the construction of the spot market to study the bidding strategies of the power market under the UHV background.Therefore,this paper established a competition equilibrium model of joint energy and spinning reserve market,which takes the outside power into account.By constructing a complete information dynamic non-cooperative game framework based on the multi-agent system,the Nash equilibrium of joint market was solved.The model considers the total fuel cost of power and reserve,the opportunity cost of the reserve and the extra reserve of the system caused by the uncertainty of outside power.The reserve takes both capacity compensation and the electricity compensation after the call into account.The expected net profit was calculated by the reserve call rate.Then the paper simulates the competitive behavior of the participants from seven aspects,the network congestion,load demand,the outside power characteristics,the compensation with different reserve calling rate,the reserve cost allocation way,market power control and different nodes network.Lastly,this paper put forward the rationalization proposals for the design of the market mechanism.
