中西医结合治疗血脂异常合并缺血性脑卒中临床研究

临床上大量缺血性脑卒中的病人合并血脂异常,其引起的动脉粥样硬化是脑卒中的常见原因。临床发现结合汤药、中药制剂、针灸等中医特色治疗在治疗该病时具有独到的优点,对临床症状的缓解和神经功能的恢复等有很好的促进作用,该文简述了中西医对该疾病认识的内在统一,梳理了近期中西医临床上对该病的治疗研究及动物实验研究,为中医药治疗血脂异常合并缺血性脑卒中提供参佐。

A large number of patients with ischemic stroke were found relevant to dyslipidemia,which is the most common cause of atherosclerosis.Also it is found that traditional Chinese medicine treatment including decoction,acupuncture and other special treatments has a unique advantage dealing with the complication of dyslipidemia and ischemic stroke by reliefing clinical symptoms and the recovering neurological function.This article describes the internal unity of the understanding of the disease in TCM and Western medicine,and collects the recent clinical treatment researches and animal experimental researches so as to provide reference to the treatment of complication of dyslipidemia and ischemic stroke.
