基于方剂计量学与数据挖掘方法探讨姚乃礼教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎临证经验与用药规律分析

Discussion the Clinical Experience and Medication Law of Professor YAO Naili in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Based on the Methods of Prescription Metrology and Data Mining

目的总结姚乃礼教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药规律与临床经验;方法选取姚乃礼教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎有效医案临证处方,运用方剂计量学、数据挖掘等方法进行用药序列分析、常用药遴选、常用药气味构成比分析、关联规则分析,进而系统地总结姚乃礼教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临证经验与用药规律。结果(1)姚乃礼教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎常用药为白术、茯苓、木香、白芍、黄连。其次为甘草、莪术、太子参,少用地榆、杜仲、防风等。(2)姚乃礼教授临证喜寒温并用,药味以甘苦辛为主,同时也辅以酸涩之品。结论从以上结果中我们可以得出溃疡样结肠炎的病机多为虚实夹杂,寒热并见,因此姚师治疗此病多以攻补结合,寒热平调的方式治疗此病,因而取得了良好的疗效。

Objective To study and summarize professor YAO Naili's law of medication in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Selectted professor YAO Naili's effective basis in the treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical prescription,using the method of metrology prescriptions,and data mining for drug sequence analysis,five selection,commonly used to smell the composition ratio analysis,association rules analysis,to systematically summarize professor YAO Naili in the treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical experience and drug laws.Results(1)Professor YAO Naili common medicines for ulcerative colitis were Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Radix codonopsis,Radix paeoniae alba and Rhizoma coptidis.Secondly were licorice,Zedoary turmeric,Radix pseudostellariae,lese use of elm,Eucommia ulmoides,parsnip.(2)Professor YAO Naili is fond of cold and warm,and the medicine tastes mainly bitter and sweet,supplemented by sour and astringent products.Conclusion From the above results,we can conclude that the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is mostly the mixture of deficiency and excess and the combination of cold and heat.Therefore,Master Yao mostly treated the disease with the combination of attack-repair and cold-heat method,hence obtaining a good curative effect.
