摘要
文章分析近10年来大鼠实验研究有关中医药干预自然流产的作用机制,认为中医药干预自然流产的机制与以下几点相关:中医药可通过调节生殖内分泌功能、调节免疫因子功能、协调母胎界面滋养细胞增殖凋亡以及改善胎盘微循环障碍等环节干预自然流产。
The present paper discusses the possible mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine intervention to spontaneous abortion in rats in recent ten years,which proposes that TCM could intervene spontaneous abortion via harmonizing the reproductive and endocrine functions,regulating the immune functions,mediating the proliferation and apoptosis of trophocytes at the maternal-fetal interface and improving the placenta micro-enviromental disorders.
