中药塌渍结合补气化瘀方治疗老年慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Collaterals Combined with Buqi Huayu Decoction on Elderly Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨中药塌渍结合补气化瘀方治疗老年慢性盆腔炎的有效性和安全性。方法选取2016年1月—2018年5月于我院妇科门诊及病房就诊的98例老年盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式分为对照组(西药治疗组)和观察组(西药治疗+中药塌渍+补气化瘀方),每组各49例。2个疗程后,比较两组患者的治疗有效性、中医症候和局部体征评分、炎性因子和血液流变学指标、复发率和安全性比较。结果治疗2个疗程结束后,观察组治疗有效率87.76%,高于对照组的65.39%,观察组复发率为2.05%,对照组复发率为18.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前中医症候和局部体征评分、炎性因子和血液流变学指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的中医症候、局部体征评分低于对照组,治疗后观察组患者白细胞介素(IL-1、IL-8)、血浆黏度、血沉率、红细胞电泳时间低于对照组,白细胞介素(IL-10)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论中药塌渍结合补气化瘀方治疗老年慢性盆腔炎可通过改善局部血液流变学和抑制炎症反应提高其长期和远期治疗效果,操作简单,安全性高。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine collaterals combined with Buqi Huayu Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the elderly.Methods The 98 patients with senile pelvic inflammatory disease from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment,they were divided into the control group(Western medicine treatment group)and the observation group(Western medicine treatment+traditional Chinese medicine collaterals+Buqi Huayu Decoction),49 cases in each group.After two courses of treatment,the treatment effectiveness,TCM symptoms and local physical signs,inflammatory factors and hemorheology,recurrence rate and safety were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of the course of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 87.76%,which was higher than that of the control group(65.39%).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.05%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 18.37%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in TCM symptoms and local physical signs,inflammatory factors and hemorheology between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the TCM symptom and local physical score of the observation group were lower than the control group.The IL-10 in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the IL-1,IL-8,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and erythrocyte electrophoresis time were lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with traditional Chinese medicine collaterals combined with Buqi Huayu Decoction can improve long-term and long-term therapeutic effects by improving local hemorheology and inhibiting inflammatory response,and it is easy to operate and safe.
