宫血宁胶囊对药物流产后阴道出血患者凝血功能及性激素水平影响

Effects of Gongxuening Capsule on Function of Coagulation and Serum level of Sex Hormone in the Treatment of Bleeding after Medical Abortion

目的探究分析宫血宁胶囊对药物流产后阴道出血患者凝血功能、性激素水平和临床疗效的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2019年2月沈阳市妇幼保健院收治的自愿要求药物流产后阴道出血患者86例作为临床研究对象,采用双盲随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各43例。对照组患者给予缩宫素20 U肌注干预,观察组患者给予加用宫血宁胶囊口服干预,2粒/次,3次/d,连续服用7 d。比较两组患者干预前后凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)等凝血功能指标及血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)等雌激素水平变化情况,同时比较两组患者阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、月经恢复时间等流产情况。结果药物治疗前,两组患者TT、PT、APTT及FIB等各项凝血功能指标水平组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者各项凝血功能指标水平均无明显改善(P>0.05),且组间数据无明显差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。治疗前,两种患者FSH、LH、P、E2等性激素水平组间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者各项性激素水平均明显改善(P<0.05),观察组患者FSH、P、E2等性激素水平明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),LH水平则明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察者患者阴道出血时间及月经恢复时间明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05),且观察组阴道出血量多患者占比明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),组间差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论宫血宁胶囊能有效缩短药物流产后阴道出血患者阴道出血时间,减少阴道出血量,改善性激素水平和临床证候情况,临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Gongxuening Capsule intervention on coagulation function and the serum sex hormone levels of patients with bleeding after medical abortion.Methods 86 casess with medical abortion from February 2017 to February 2019,were randomly divided into control group of 43 patients and observation group of 43 patients.Oxytocin(20 U)were injected for pregnant women as a control group,while oxytocin combined Gongxuening Capsule drug were giving to pregnant women in observation group.The changes in coagulation function as TT,PT,APTT,FIB and sex hormone levels as FSH,LH,P,E2 between before and after treatment were compared.After the treatment,the flow duration,flow vaginal bleeding and recovery time of menstruation recovery time of menstruation were compared two groups of patients.Results The coagulation function of TT,PT,APTT,FIB and the sex hormone levels of FSH,LH,P,E2 between two groups of pregnant women before was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the coagulation function in the observation group compared to the control group has no significant difference(P>0.05).The sex hormone levels in both group has improved after treatment(P<0.05),FSH,LH,P,E2 in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),LH in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The observation group the flow duration than the control group(P<0.05),similar to the more flow vaginal bleeding ratio(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.Conclusion Gongxuening Capsule is of good curative effect in the treatment of bleeding after medical abortion,which can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and bleeding time in patients after the drug flow,improve the serum sex hormone levels of patients.
