论“酒店工程自动化”培养方向构建与特色凝炼

现代酒店工程自动化水平不断提高,一方面保证了酒店装置和设施的安全、稳定、可靠运行,另一方面其日常保养和维修工作对酒店工程自动化人才需求也日趋迫切。"酒店工程自动化"培养方向的构建通过以校企联合培养为手段、以面向系统工程能力培养为目标,以行业专业标准为依托,实施素质教育+二级项目+技能培训+专题设计+专业实习+毕业设计+就业的一条龙校企联合培养模式,并采取多项措施开展特色凝炼,经过7年的探索和实践,学生得到了企业的充分肯定,达到了预期的培养效果。

With the continuous improvement of engineering automation level in modern hotels,it is urgent to meet the demands of hotel automation engineer to ensure the equipment and facilities running safely,stably and reliably and provide daily maintenance and repair.The construction of training direction in"Hotel Engineering Automation"has been built through the means of university-enterprise combination,the target of training systems engineering ability,the rely on professional standards in the industry.Meanwhile,the complete-supply training program is made up of quality education,a 2-level project,skills training,project design,internship,graduation design and employment,taking multiple measures to carry out characteristic refining.After the exploration and practice in seven years,the students have been fully recognized by the enterprise and the program has achieved expected effect for training.
