摘要
以食品快速检测技术为例,针对传统教学方法中存在的问题,从教学模式、教学方法、教学内容和考核体系等方面提出了改革措施。通过信息化教学手段改变传统课堂教学模式,采用"翻转课堂"、"启发教学"、"问题导向"等教学模式改变传统"灌输式"教学方法,以期培养能够进行"碎片式学习"、"交流式学习"和"合作式学习"的高水平、应用型人才。
Taking the rapid detection technology of food as an example and aiming at the existing problems in the traditional teaching methods,this paper puts forward the reform measures from the perspectives of teaching mode,teaching method,teaching content,and assessment system,and so on.The informationized reform is used to solve the problems through the traditional teaching method.The innovative teaching modes,such as"flip classroom","inspired teaching"and"problem-oriented",and so on,are applied to change the cramming method of traditional teaching.Therefore,informationized teaching can train students with a series of high-level and application-oriented abilities performing"fragmented learning","exchange learning"and"cooperative learning".
