态靶辨证在肾虚络瘀型难治性肾病综合征中的运用——抵挡汤加黄芪、丹参、泽泻

Application of State-Target Strategy in Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome with Kidney Deficiency and Collateral Stasis:Didang Decoction with Huangqi(Astragalus),Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Zexie(Rhizoma Alismatis)

难治性肾病综合征是严重的肾系疾病之一,现代医学往往以免疫抑制剂药物治疗,但因药物使用不合理、不良反应较大,且易反复,中医药对此有其独特优势。导师仝小林院士基于多年临床经验,结合现代医学,创新性提出"态靶结合"辨证组方思想,对于肾虚络瘀型难治性肾病综合征有较好的治疗效果。仝师以肾虚络瘀为态,尿蛋白、水肿等为靶,通过补肾虚之药物黄芪调"肾虚态",抵挡汤合丹参通肾络调"络瘀态";同时,黄芪、大黄、水蛭粉降尿蛋白,泽泻消水肿,共同打靶,态靶辨治,疗效显著。

Refractory nephrotic syndrome is one of the serious renal diseases.Modern medicine often treats it with immunosuppressive drugs,otherwise,it has some disadvantages,such as the unreasonable use of drugs,serious side effects and easy recurrence.And traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages to treat refractory nephrotic syndrome.Based on many years of clinical experience and combined with modern medicine,professor TONG Xiaolin,the author’s tutor,innovatively proposed the thought of State-Target,which has a good therapeutic effect on refractory nephrotic syndrome with kidney deficiency and collateral stasis.With kidney deficiency and collateral stasis as the state,urine protein,edema and so on as the target,Huangqi(Astragalus)on behalf of herbs tonifying kidney deficiency is used to adjust the state of kidney deficiency,and Didang Decoction with Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae)dredging kidney collaterals is used to adjust the state of collateral stasis.Meanwhile,Huangqi(Astragalus),Dahuang(Rhubarb)and Shuizhi(Hirudo)powder lower urine protein,and Zexie(Rhizoma Alismatis)reduces edema,which hit the target together.The State-Target therapy has significant effect.
