老年壮族男性肝肾亏虚型下腰痛与性激素相关性研究

Study on Relationship between Low Back Pain and Sex Hormones in Elderly Zhuang Men with Liver and Kidney Deficiency

目的探讨壮族男性肝肾亏虚型下腰痛及腰痛程度与血清性激素水平的相关性,找出下腰痛肝肾亏虚型的性激素影响因素,优选肝肾亏虚型的客观化指标,验证《素问·上古天真论篇》的科学性。方法根据下腰痛诊断标准、中医辨证标准选择了肝肾亏虚型下腰痛男60例,非肝肾亏虚下腰痛男60例,分别进行性激素及腰痛评分的测定并进行t检验、二元类logistic回归分析、判别分析、spearman相关分析等统计学方法分析。结果LH、PRL是肝肾亏虚证型的危险因素,T是肝肾亏虚型的保护因素。LH对于判别肝肾亏虚组或非肝肾亏虚组的权重较高。结论性激素指标中可以区分老年男性下腰痛肝肾亏虚型的特征性性激素指标为LH;T与肝肾亏虚型下腰痛男性ODI评分呈强负相关。

Objective To explore the correlation between the liver and kidney deficiency type,the degree of low back pain and the serum sex hormone level in Zhuang nationality men.Through these methods to find out the influencing factors of liver and kidney deficiency type in the lower back pain.To screen the objective indicators of liver and kidney deficiency typeandverify the scientific nature of the Shanggu Tianzhen Lun.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of lower back pain and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria,60 men with low back pain of liver and kidney deficiency type were selected,and 60 men with low back pain of the non-liver kidney deficiency were in the control group.Sex hormone and low back pain scores of those two groups were measured and analyzed by t test,binary logistic regression analysis,discriminant analysisand spearman correlation analysis.Results LH and PRL were risk factors for liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,and T was a protective factor for liver and kidney deficiency.LH had higher weights for discriminating liver and kidney deficiency group or non-liver kidney deficiency group.Conclusion The sex hormones can distinguish the characteristic sex hormones of elderly men with low back pain of liver and kidney deficiency type was LH.T has a strong negative correlation with the low kidney pain ODI score of liver and kidney deficiency type.Serum sex hormone levels at different ages can be used to assess liver and kidney deficiency in humans.
