皮肤瘙痒症证候类别与要素分析

Analysis of TCM Syndrome Categories and Factors of Pruritus

目的对国标下的瘙痒症证候以及证候要素进行分析,为临床治疗皮肤瘙痒症及瘙痒研究提供依据。方法以痒为主题词,检索国家标准《中医临床诊疗术语证候部分》,收集瘙痒相关证候,建立数据库,对数据进行统计分析。结果纳入符合要求的皮肤瘙痒症证候共58种,基本实证类[25.80%(15/58)]、卫表肌肤类[20.70%(12/58)]为主要的两大类,以外感六淫为主。证候要素中,出现频次较高的是风[20.83%(25/120)]、湿[15.83%(19/120)]、火(热)[15.00%(18/120)]、毒[15.00%(18/120)]。结论瘙痒症主要证候多为外感六淫,主要要素为风、湿、火(热)。

Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and symptom factors of pruritus under the national standard in order to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of pruritus and itch research.Methods The"itch"was used as the keyword to searchthe national standard TCM Syndromes for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Terms to collect syndromes related to pruritus,establish a database,and statistically analyze the data.Results A total of 58 skin pruritus syndromes were included.The basic excessive syndromes[25.80%(15/58)]and Wei-system of skin syndromes[20.70%(12/58)]were key categories,the syndromes due to the six exopathogens were major syndromes.Among the syndrome factors,wind[20.83%(25/120)],dampness[15.83%(19/120)],fire(heat)[15.00%(18/120)]and toxin[15.00%(18/120)]appear more frequently.Conclusion The main syndromes of pruritus are due to the six exopathogens.The mainsyndrome factors are wind,fire(heat)and dampness.
