动脉粥样硬化是一种极为常见的疾病,可引起冠心病、外周血管疾病、脑梗死等重疾,无疑是现代社会中人们健康的一大杀手。于睿教授深入研究本病十余载,创造性的提出了"疏肝清脂"理论,认为"肝郁乘脾,脂由脾生",欲"清脂",当先"疏肝",并研发了药物"清脂通脉颗粒",药味虽少但配伍精当、效力专宏,业已通过大量动物实验证明了该药物的有效性。临床中以该理论为引导,结合"络病学"的思想精华,针对病情灵活用方,疗效卓著且不良反应小。

Atherosclerosis is an extremely common disease and can cause coronary heart disease,peripheral vascular disease,cerebral infarction and other serious diseases.It is undoubtedly a major killer of health in modern society.Professor YU Rui has studied the disease for more than a decade and has creatively put forward the theory of soothing liver and clearing fat.She holds that"liver with hyperactivity over-restrains the spleen and then fat is generated by spleen".One intends to clear fat must soothe liver first.She also develops the prescription Qingzhi Tongmai Granule.Although it has a few kinds of herbs,it is well-matched and has great effect,which has been proved by a large number of animal experiments.The effectiveness of the drug was evaluated.Guided by this theory and combined with the essence of collateral disease theory,we can use flexible prescriptions according to the condition of the disease,with remarkable curative effect and few side effect.
