A Brief Analysis of Clinical and Experimental Research on Yellow-greasy Coating

舌诊是中医望诊的重要组成部分,黄腻苔是临床常见的病理性舌苔之一。黄腻苔的病因复杂,可由湿热、痰热和食滞等引起;黄腻苔也可出现于脾胃、肝胆和心脑等多种脏腑疾病中。通过对黄腻苔近来理论、临床和实验研究文献的梳理与总结,以期为黄腻苔的临床治疗和试验研究提供有益的借鉴。

Tongue diagnosis is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,and yellow-greasy coating is one of the common pathological tongue coatings in clinical practice.The cause of yellow-greasy coating is complicated,which can be caused by dampness-heat,phlegm-heat and food stagnation.Yellow-greasy coating can also appear in various visceral diseases such as spleen,stomach,liver,gallbladder,heart and brain diseases.Through the combing and summary of the theoretical,clinical and experimental research literature of yellow-greasy coating,it is expected to provide useful reference for the theoretical research and clinical treatment of yellow-greasy coating.
