中医药在肿瘤免疫治疗方面的研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Immunotherapy of Tumor

目的通过总结传统中医与现代医学对肿瘤免疫的认识和进展,分析中医药在肿瘤免疫治疗方面的优势及不足,对未来中医药免疫治疗肿瘤方面进行展望。方法在系统总结中药有效成分对肿瘤治疗以及中医用于肿瘤免疫治疗方面国内外文献,特别是多糖类、皂苷类、黄酮类、萜类等中药有效成分对肿瘤的治疗作用的报道基础上,分析中药肿瘤免疫治疗机制及临床效果。结论中医药免疫方法对肿瘤患者的早、中、晚期都有明显的优势,但机制方面尚需进一步研究。

Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine in immunotherapy of tumor and look forward to the future of traditional Chinese medicine in tumor immunotherapy through summarizing the understanding and progress of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine in tumor immunotherapy.Methods Based on the systematic review of the literature about the effect of active components of traditional Chinese medicine on tumor therapy and the application of traditional Chinese medicine in tumor immunotherapy,especially the reports on the effect of active components of traditional Chinese medicine on tumor therapy,such as polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids and terpenes,the mechanism and clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on tumor immunotherapy were analyzed.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine immunological method has obvious advantages in the early,middle and late stages of cancer patients,but the mechanism still needs further study.
