Perceptuality,Virtue and Legality:Three Philosophical Meta Issues of Digital Art

感性、德性和法性是探究人类艺术现象的三大哲学元问题。在传统艺术格局中,感性与德性是最常为艺术家和哲学家沉思的基本问题。然而,数字艺术的创生从根本上改变了传统艺术建构的审美秩序。数字艺术较之传统文艺,能激发审美主体更多的感官型自由情感和沉浸型自由情感,但其激发陶冶型自由情感的能力较弱,由此引发了人类自由情感的量变与质变,也导致艺术德性开始从传统的精神陶冶和教化主导型嬗变为生理感官刺激型。数字艺术德性的历史性嬗变从根本上消解了德性固有的利他属性,突破了人类长期以来所构建的艺术伦理底线,也将传统艺术秩序下处在潜隐状态的艺术法性问题推向前台。构建基于价值论的低碳美学与低碳艺术理念,是解决感性、德性、法性之间的内在冲突,重建当代艺术和谐秩序的有效路径。

Perceptuality,virtue and legality are the three meta issues in exploring the phenomena of human art.In the traditional art pattern before the birth of digital art,perceptuality and virtue were the basic issues that artists and philosophers often meditated on.However,the birth and growth of digital art have fundamentally changed the aesthetic order of the construction of traditional art.Compared with traditional art,digital art can stimulate more sensory free emotion and immersive free emotion of the aesthetic subject,but its ability to stimulate edifying free emotion is weak,thus leading to both quantitative and qualitative changes of human free emotions,and also resulting in the transformation of artistic virtue from the traditional spiritual cultivation and education-orientation to the physiological and sensory stimulation.The historical change of digital art virtue has fundamentally dispelled the inherent altruistic nature of virtue,broken through the bottom line of artistic ethics constructed long ago by mankind,and also pushed to the front the issue of artistic legality unmanifested under the traditional art order.Constructing low-carbon aesthetics and low-carbon art concept based on axiology is an effective way to solving the internal conflict of perceptuality,virtue and legality and rebuildinga harmonious order of contemporary art.
