摘要
采用自制聚酯成功合成了改性的羟基丙烯酸分散体,并制备了双组分聚氨酯涂料清漆。测试了该分散体与固化剂复配后的适用期、干燥速度、硬度等其他物理性能以及耐化学品性能,还探讨了其在高装饰性面漆中的应用。研究结果表明:改性后的羟基丙烯酸分散体具有较低的溶剂含量、较高的固含量及较好的装饰性能;制备的清漆具有较好的适用期及较为优异的耐化学品性能,并且自制的双组分聚氨酯清漆的基本物理性能满足各项施工要求。
The modified hydroxyl acrylic dispersion was successfully synthesized by self-made polyester,and two-component polyurethane paint varnish was then prepared.The pot life,drying speed,hardness and other physical properties as well as chemical resistance of the dispersion after compounding with curing agent were tested.The application of the dispersion in high decorative topcoat was also discussed.The research results showed that the modified hydroxyl acrylic dispersion had low solvent content,high solid content and good decorative performance.The prepared varnish had good pot life and excellent chemical resistance,and the basic physical properties of self-made two-component polyurethane varnish also met various construction requirements.
