随着我国收入分配改革不断推进,收入分配格局正在得到改善。劳动报酬增长和劳动生产率提高基本同步。更大规模的减税降费优化了部门间分配,为经济增长注入了新的活力。居民收入增长和经济增长基本同步,城乡和地区之间的收入差距缩小。建立更加合理有序的分配秩序,需要在初次分配中充分发挥市场的决定性作用,让各类要素取得应有的回报,合理提高工薪劳动者的收入水平;再分配环节要注重调节收入差距,完善“先富带动后富”的机制,让改革发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民,实现全体人民共同富裕。

China's reform on income distribution has been continuously promoted with income distribution being improved.The increase in labor compensation is basically in step with labor productivity growth.A larger scale of reduction in tax and fee has improved the distribution among departments,injecting new vitality into economic growth.The growth of residents'income is basically in pace with the economic growth,and the income gaps between urban and rural areas and among regions have narrowed.In order to establish a reasonable and orderly distribution order,we need to give full play to the decisive role of the market in primary distribution,let all kinds of factors obtain reasonable returns,reasonably raise the income of wage earners.We should also narrow income gaps through redistribution,improve the mechanism by which those who become rich first help those who have yet to prosper,so that so that all the people can share in more fruits of development in a fair way and move steadily toward common prosperity.
