对首钢京唐公司空分机组氮气增产技术应用的背景、主要技术方案,以及实施效果做了详细阐述,该氮气增产技术的应用解决了氧气需求低而氮气需求高带来的生产不平衡问题,减少了氧气放散,降低了制氧系统能耗,取得了很好的经济效益,值得同行业在解决此类问题时借鉴。
The background,main technical solutions,and the implementation effects of the nitrogen production increase technology of Shougang Jingtang air separation unit are described.The application of the nitrogen production increase technology solves the company's low oxygen demand and high nitrogen demand the imbalance problem,reduces the release of oxygen,reduces the energy consumption of the oxygen production system,and has achieved good economic benefits.It is worth learning from the industry when solving such problems.
