摘要
焦炉增设烟气余热回收系统后,烟气流程为既有串联又有并联的复杂流路系统。通过理论计算和工程实例分析,优化余热回收系统设备选取,取消主烟道插板,消除余热回收系统对焦炉安全生产的隐患。
After adding coke oven smoke waste heat recovery,gas pass was a complex flow system with both series connection and parallel connection.By calculating in theory and analyzing some examples of engineering,the selection of waste heat recovery system equipment was optimized,the plug-in plate of main flue was cancelled,and the hidden danger of waste heat recovery system was eliminated to coke oven safety production.
