摘要
[目的]建立一种利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术测定5%三氟嘧磺草胺悬浮剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,在流速1 mL/min、柱温40℃等条件下,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水(体积比50∶50)作为流动相,串联质谱,在ESI离子源正离子模式扫描下测定三氟嘧磺草胺的含量。[结果]三氟嘧磺草胺在0.01~1 mg/L范围内,其方法的线性相关系数良好,标准偏差为0.059,变异系数为1.16%,回收率在96.93%~101.92%之间,平均回收率为99.01%。[结论]该方法线性关系良好,灵敏度较高,是测定制剂中三氟嘧磺草胺含量较理想的分析方法。
[Aims]This study aims to establish an analytical method for tiafenacil by HPLC-tandem MS.[Methods]The determination of tiafenacil in the samples was conducted with Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 as chromatographic column at 40℃,acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid water(50∶50,by vol)as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL/min,and by HPLC-tandemMS under API-ESI ion source positive ion mode scanning.[Results]The linear correlation coefficient was good in the linear range(0.01-1 mg/L),the standard deviation was 0.059 with the variation coefficient of 1.16%,the corresponding recoveries were 96.93-101.92%and the average recovery was 99.01%.[Conclusions]The method has a good linear relationship and high sensitivity,which is an ideal analysis method for determination of tiafenacil.
