军民领域大数据建设应用架构研究

Research on Architecture of Big Data Construction and Application in Military and Civil Fields

随着大数据浪潮席卷全球,各国纷纷出台大数据相关政策,积极开展大数据建设应用项目。本文研究军民领域大数据建设应用国内外现状,分析我国在大数据建设方面存在的问题,提出军民领域大数据建设应用参考架构,包括系统架构、技术架构、数据资源架构等,思考在开展大数据建设应用项目时需要重点关注的问题并提出建议。

With the wave of big data sweeping the world,countries have introduced many policies related big data and actively launched big data construction and application projects.This article studies the current situation at home and abroad in the big data construction in military and civilian fields,analyzes the problems in China’s big data construction,proposes a reference architecture for the application of big data in the military and civilian fields,including system architecture,technical architecture,data resource architecture,etc.Issues that need to be focused on and recommendations for construction application projects.
