摘要
重症脑血管病是目前影响人类健康的重大疾病之一,其中70%~80%是缺血性脑卒中,尤以大面积脑梗死(MCI)患者病情危重,病死率高,危害性极大。尽管目前的神经影像学技术取得了重大进展,但是仍然存在不能实时监测、费用昂贵、病情发现迟滞等局限性,限制了其进一步的临床应用。定量脑电图(q EEG)通过对脑电图进行实时定量化分析,具有早期发现疾病并预测转归等优点,正在成为研究热点。本文将近年来q EEG用于MCI的最新进展综述如下。
Serum cebrovascular disease is one of the severe diseases affecting human health,among which 70%-80%are ischemic stroke.Massive cerebral infarction(MCI)is a serious type of ischemic stroke with high mortality.Although neuroimaging techniques have seen great progress,there are still limitations such as non real-time monitoring,high cost and delay diagnosis.Quantitative electroencephalogram(qEEG)can detect brain lesions early and predict outcomes.This paper reviewed the latest development of qEEG for MCI.
