摘要
面向混凝土泵车典型结构件焊接工艺,分析其资源环境属性,提出其基本量化方法.搭建焊接工艺资源环境属性数据采集平台,开展混凝土泵车典型结构件焊接工艺实验,开发焊接工艺资源环境属性数据库系统.该系统能存储混凝土泵车典型结构件焊接工艺的工艺信息与资源环境属性数据,能实现数据的增、改、删、查,且具有运行维护模块,通过了具备国家认证资质的第三方软件质量权威测评机构的测试,在中联重科实现了示范应用.
Resource and environmental attributes of welding technology of typical structural parts of concrete pump truck were analyzed,and the basic quantitative method was proposed.The collection scheme of environmental data and process data for welding technology was formulated,the platform of data collection of resource consumption and environmental impact for welding process was set up,the welding experiment of typical structural parts of concrete pump truck was carried out,and the database system of resource consumption and environmental impact for welding technology was developed.The system store the technical knowledge,and data of resource consumption and environmental impact of the welding process of typical structural parts of a concrete pump truck,and realize data addition,modification,deletion and check,and has the operation and maintenance module.It has passed the test of the third-party software quality authority evaluation organization with the national certification qualification,and it has been applied in Zoomlion.
