摘要
目的观察臭氧水溶液对口腔综合治疗台管道系统(dental unit waterlines,DUWLs)的消毒效果。方法每天早晨门诊开始前使用臭氧水消毒机生成浓度约2.0 mg/L的臭氧水溶液对南京医科大学附属口腔医院急诊综合科4台口腔综合治疗台水路系统进行冲洗消毒,实验第1、3、5、8天分别采集消毒前、消毒后即刻、门诊结束后三用枪及高速手机出水口水样,经30℃需氧(空气条件)恒温培养7 d后进行菌落计数,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果口腔综合治疗台三用枪出水口水样可培养细菌总数(total viable counts,TVC)平均为(49550.00±1117.52)CFU/mL,高速手机为(63875.00±8842.08)CFU/mL。第8天消毒后三用枪出水口水样TVC降低至(83.25±42.99)CFU/mL,高速手机降至(591.50±177.26)CFU/mL。三用枪和高速手机每天的杀菌率平均值分别达到97.48%和95.11%。实验期间每天的细菌回升量呈下降趋势。结论DUWLs污染严重,使用2.0 mg/L臭氧水溶液冲洗消毒能有效抑制管道菌群,改善水质。
Objective To observe the disinfection efficacy of ozonated water in the decontamination of dental unit waterlines.Methods Dental unit waterlines(DUWLs)of 4 dental chair units at the Affiliated Hospital of Stomatology NJMU were flushed and disinfected every morning by 2.0 mg/L ozonated water.On the 1 st,3 rd,5 th,and 8 th day of the experiment,water samples were collected from triple syringes and handpieces before disinfection,immediately after disinfection,and at the end of the clinic.Colony counting was conducted after seven days of 30℃aerobic anoxic incubation.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The average total viable counts(TVC)tested from the water samples obtained from triple syringes and high-speed handpieces before disinfection reached(49550.00±1117.52)and(63875.00±8842.08)CFU/mL,respectively.After disinfection on the 8 th day,TVC of the triple syringes and high-speed handpieces decreased to(83.25±42.99)and(591.50±177.26)CFU/mL,respectively.The average daily sterilizing rates of triple syringes and high-speed handpieces were 97.48%and 95.11%,respectively.During the experiment,the daily bacterial recovery showed a downward trend.Conclusion DUWLs are polluted seriously.Flushing and disinfecting DUWLs with 2.0 mg/L ozonated water can effectively inhibit the flora in the waterlines and improve the water quality.
