作为中国特色社会主义文化建设中的一项重要组成部分,农村文化建设的开展和完善,给农民发展提供了前提和基础。同时,我国农民自身的发展也为农村文化建设提供了坚实的动力。分析农村文化建设与农民发展之间产生良性互动的理论逻辑,并探究农村文化建设与农民发展进行良性互动的历史和现实逻辑,有助于深化对农村文化建设的理论与实践研究,并为推动农民发展和更好解决"三农"问题提供新的思考。

As an important part of the cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the development and improvement of rural cultural construction provides the premise and foundation for the development of farmers. At the same time,the development of Chinese farmers also provides a solid impetus for the construction of rural culture. The paper analyzed the theoretical logic of positive interaction between rural cultural construction and farmers’ development,and explored the historical and the practical logic of positive interaction between rural cultural construction and farmers’ development,which will help deepen the theoretical and practical research of rural cultural construction,and it provides new thinking for solving farmers’ development and better solution of the problem of agriculture,rural and farmers.
