摘要
在高质量发展背景下,实施技术创新是资源型企业转型升级的重要途径。技术创新效率评价可为资源型企业识别创新过程中的短板、提高创新效率,进而为实现高质量发展提供支撑。依据技术创新的特点,构建资源型企业技术创新的评价指标体系,提出基于数据包络分析方法的技术创新效率评价模型。以安徽省7家资源型企业为例进行实证研究,并依据评价结果给出了促进资源型企业技术创新的建议与策略。
In the context of high-quality development,implementing technology innovation is a crucial approach to transform and upgrade for resource-based enterprises. Theefficiency of technological innovation can offer supports for resource-based enterprises to achieve high-quality development,identify the demerits in the progress of innovation and enhance the innovation efficiency. The assessment indicator system of resource-based enterprises in technical innovation is structured according to the characteristics of technical innovation,and the evaluation model of technical innovation based on date envelopment analysis is given out. Based on the analysis results,the key elements of technical innovation of resource-based enterprises are identified,and the suggestionsto accelerate resource-based enterprises’ technical innovation are put forward.
