摘要
某变电站220 kV电流互感器膨胀器异常顶起,检查设备外观良好,停运后对电流互感器进行全项诊断试验及油色谱分析,发现设备本体内部氢气、乙炔、总烃数值均超标,判断内部存在低能量局部放电。为详细查明故障原因,对该设备进行了解体检查,发现零屏电容纸出现环状断裂是导致故障的主要原因,针对此类故障,对生产环节与运维过程提出了预防措施与建议。
The 220kV current transformer expander was abnormally jacked in a substation,then as checked,the equipment appearance was good,and all diagnostic tests and oil chromatographic analysis were performed after operation was stopped.It was found that hydrogen,acetylene and total hydrocarbon exceeded the standard in the equipment body,so it was judged that the internal low energy partial discharge occurred.In order to find out the cause of problem,the equipment was disassembled.It found the main cause of the problem is the ring fracture of the zero-screen capacitor paper.For this kind of problem,this paper puts forward some preventive measures and suggestions for the production link and operation maintenance process.
