摘要
以国产超超临界一次再热汽轮机为研究对象,对比了三大汽轮机厂产品在高压缸结构、配汽方式、滑销系统设计、润滑油及调节保安系统等方面的异同点,针对机组调试及运行过程中出现的典型问题,结合机组设计、制造特点进行了分析,并提出了优化运行建议,有利于深化调试、加深运行人员对机组特点的理解,提高了机组运行的安全可靠性。
Taking domestic ultra-supercritical single reheat steam turbine as the research object,this paper compares the similarities and differences of products of three major steam turbine plants in the aspects of highpressure cylinder structure,steam distribution mode,sliding pin system design,lubricating oil and governing and protecting system,and analyzes the typical problems in the commissioning and operation process based on the design and manufacturing characteristics of the unit.The suggestions for optimal operation are accordingly proposed to deepen the commissioning and operation personnel′s understanding of the unit′s characteristics and improve the safety and reliability of unit operation.
