This paper analyzes the input direction closed-loop management process and contents based on the project management platform.The whole business management closed-loop is composd of input direction rolling update,input direction demonstration and verification,input direction process control,input direction quality and efficiency evaluation and improvement after evaluatio.In order to ensure that the input direction management entry is advanced and the whole process of information content is covered,the focus is on the information acquisition of input direction.
