摘要 针对河北大工业用户变压器利用率低的问题,对河北省某月所有大工业用户明细、变压器额定容量、变压器运行容量、大工业用户月用电量等参数进行大数据提取,计算出变压器容量利用率,按地域、电压等级等不同维度进行分析,发现存在67.51%的大工业用户变压器容量利用率低于23%,并通过应用实例分析得出,当变压器利用率高于22.25%,执行两部制电价较为划算。 In order to solve the problem of low utilization ratio of transformers for large industrial users in Hebei Province,large data are extracted for all large industrial users in a certain month in Hebei Province,such as the detailed list of large industrial users,the rated capacity of transformers,the operating capacity of transformers,the monthly electricity consumption of large industrial users,etc.Calculated,the capacity utilization ratio of transformer.According to the analysis of different dimensions such as region and voltage level,it is concluded that 67.51% of the transformer capacity utilization of large industrial users is less than 23%.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that when the utilization rate of transformer is higher 22.25%it is more cost-effective to implement two-part electricity price policy.
