摘要 针对河北某电厂1号机组循环水泵液控蝶阀控制回路故障率高的问题,分析原硬接线控制回路弊端,提出将现场设备引入DCS系统,通过DCS软件逻辑组态实现液控蝶阀控制功能并进行优化,进而降低设备故障率,同时便于人员维护。 In view of the high failure rate of the hydraulic control butterfly valve control circuit of the circulating water pump in unit 1 of power plant in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the original hardwired control circuit,proposes to introduce the field equipment into the DCS system,realizes the control function of the hydraulic control butterfly valve and optimize it through the logical configuration of the DCS software,Furthermore,it can reduce the failure rate of the equipment and facilitate the maintenance of the personnel.
