摘要 高压套管作为变压器重要构件,将绕组引出连接到电网,对绕组引出线起固定和绝缘作用。由于厂家生产工艺参差不齐,套管故障逐年增加,严重威胁变压器的安全运行。针对一起变压器套管受潮问题,利用油色谱、高压试验、解体等技术手段分析,认为套管受潮是将军帽密封不严从而潮气进入所致,提出严把出厂关、加强变压器套管带电测试整改措施,对预防同类型的事故有一定的借鉴意义。 As an important component of the transformer,the high voltage bushing connects the winding leads to the power grid,and fixes and isolates the winding leads.Due to the uneven production processes of the manufacturers,bushing failures have increased year by year,which seriously threatens the safe operation of transformers.A detailed analysis of the damping of a transformer bushing is made in the article.Using oil chromatography technology,high pressure test,disassembly and other technical methods,it is concluded that the bushing damping is caused by the general cap’s tight seal and the moisture entering.And it puts forward rectification measures such as strict control of leaving the factory and strengthening the live test of transformer bushings,which have certain reference significance for preventing similar types of accidents.
