坚果表型性状在核桃种质鉴定中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】本文探了索坚果表型性状在核桃种质鉴定中的应用。【方法】采集52份核桃种质其坚果表型性状指标数据,对其采用非加权组平均法(UPGMA)进行聚类分析后进行聚类锐度测试,并构建热图。在此基础上,采用多元回归树(MRT)方法构建多元回归树,对鉴定供试核桃种质所需的最少坚果表型性状进行量化。【结果】52份供试核桃种质坚果数量性状、质量性状变异类型丰富,聚类分析显示供试种质可分为20类,热图直观地显示坚果表型性状在各种质中的分布情况,并且多元回归树显示15个坚果表型性状能够区分52份供试种质。【结论】52份供试核桃种质坚果表型多样性丰富,沿缝合线纵切面形状、垂直于缝合线纵切面形状、横切面形状、脊分布、单果重、果形、核壳厚度、出仁率等性状是种质鉴定中重要的指标性状。同时R语言在统计分析中的应用,为今后核桃种质形态与遗传变异研究提供了新的数据分析方法。 【Objective】This paper aimed to explore the application of nut phenotypic traits in identification of walnut Germplasm.【Method】The data collection was carried on the nut phenotypic traits of 52 Xinjiang walnut germplasms,which was made by cluster analysis and clustering sharpness tests to build heat maps.Based on the association of phenotypic traits with germplasm,a multivariate regression tree was constructed to quantify the minimum nut phenotypic traits required for the identification of the tested walnut germplasm.【Result】The variation types of quantitative and quantitative characters of 52 tested walnut germplasm nuts were rich.Cluster analysis and clustering sharpness tests showed that the tested germplasms were divided into 20 categories,heat maps intuitively showed the distribution of the nut phenotypic traits,and multiple regression trees showed that the 15 nut phenotypic traits could distinguish 52 accessions.【Conclusion】The diversity of the tested walnut germplasm is abundant,including the mass of single nut,fruit shape,core shell thickness,ridge distribution,ridge width,ridge projection and out Ren rate is an important index trait in germplasm identification,which can provide a basic data for basic theoretical research and breeding research of walnut germplasm resources.At the same time,the application of R language in the statistical analysis of this paper provides a new data analysis method for the study of walnut plant morphology and genetic variation.
