摘要
【目的】本文研究了霉酚酸对PPRV感染的抑制作用。【方法】采用不同浓度的霉酚酸处理Vero细胞,运用显微镜观察和q-PCR方法,研究霉酚酸的抗病毒作用;通过额外补充鸟苷酸,探究霉酚酸的抗PPRV作用机理。【结果】霉酚酸能够抑制PPRV的复制,最佳作用浓度为1μmol/L;霉酚酸抗PPRV的最佳作用时间为96 h;额外添加鸟苷酸发现,鸟苷酸可拮抗霉酚酸的抗PPRV作用,霉酚酸可能通过抑制细胞内鸟苷酸的合成来抑制PPRV的复制。【结论】研究了霉酚酸的抗PPRV作用,以期为PPRV的防控提供参考。
【Objective】This study aimed to investigate the effect of mycophenolic acid on PPRV infection.【Method】Vero cells were treated with different concentrations of mycophenolic acid,and the antiviral effect of mycophenolic acid was studied by microscope observation and q-PCR method,the mechanism of anti-PPRV effect of mycophenolicacid by adding guanosine.【Result】Themycophenolic acid could inhibit the replication of PPRV,the optimum concentration of mycophenolic acid was 1μmol/L,and the best action time of mycophenolic acid against PPRV was 96 hours.It was found that guanosine could antagonize the anti-PPRV effect of mycophenolic acid,and mycophenolic acid might inhibit the replication of PPRV by inhibiting the synthesis of guanosine in cells.【Conclusion】In this paper,the anti-PPRV effect of mycophenolic acid was studied in order to provide a reference for the prevention and control of PPRV.
