缪刺在《内经》中的论述与思考

缪刺是《黄帝内经》中记载的一种重要针法,在历经千年的传承过程中,缪刺经过历代医家的注释,其理论得到了极大的丰富和发展。但是各医家流派在深挖缪刺的学术价值的同时,也造成了对缪刺概念理解的混乱。本文通过回归经典,重新研读《黄帝内经》对缪刺的记载,力图在命名考证、中医病因病机、治疗手法特点等方面全面而准确的对缪刺进行诠释,希望能够对缪刺的理解起到正本清源的作用。

Miuci is an important technique of needling recorded in Inner Canon of Huangdi.In the process of inheritance for thousands of years, Miuci has been greatly enriched and developed through the annotations of TCM physicians of past dynasties.However, while digging deep into the academic value of Miuci, various medical schools also caused confusion in understanding the concept of Miuci.By returning to the classics and re-reading the records of Miuci in Inner Canon of Huangdi, this paper tries to interpret Miuci comprehensively and accurately in terms of naming and textual research, etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, and characteristics of treatment techniques, hoping to play an original and clear-headed role in understanding Miuci.
