郑氏消肿止痛汤对软组织损伤大鼠毛细血管通透性与β-内啡肽及IL-6含量影响

Effect of Zhengshi Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction on Capillary Permeability and β-Endorphin and IL-6Content in Rats with Soft Tissue Injury

目的:观察郑氏消肿止痛汤对软组织损伤大鼠毛细血管通透性与β-内啡肽及IL-6含量影响。方法:选取大鼠60只,随机数字表法将大鼠分成3组,正常组、观察组、模型组,除正常组外,其他各组大鼠进行局部打击法造成急性软组织损伤模型,观察组灌胃郑氏消肿止痛汤,正常组及模型组大鼠灌胃等剂量生理盐水,观察大鼠软组织损伤大鼠毛细血管通透性与β-内啡肽及IL-6含量情况。结果:和正常组相比,受损3、7、15、21天观察组的大鼠毛细血管通透性受到抑制,大鼠β-内啡肽含量上升,大鼠IL-6含量减少;和模型组相比,受损3、7、15、21天模型组的大鼠毛细血管通透性受到抑制,大鼠β-内啡肽含量增多,大鼠IL-6含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:郑氏消肿止痛汤可抑制大鼠毛细血管通透性,提高大鼠β-内啡肽含量,降低大鼠IL-6含量,从而改善大鼠软组织损伤症状。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Zhengshi Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction on capillary permeability and β-endorphin and IL-6 levels in rats with soft tissue injury.Methods:Sixty rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal group, observation group and model group.Except the normal group, rats in other groups were subjected to local impact method to cause acute soft tissue injury model.ZHENG’s Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction was administered by intragastric administration.Rats in the normal group and the model group were given normal saline.The capillary permeability and β-endorphin and IL-6 levels in rats with soft tissue injury were observed.Results:Compared with the normal group, the capillary permeability of the rats in the 3, 7, 15, 21 d group was inhibited, the β-endorphin content in the rats increased, and the IL-6 content in the rats decreased.Compared with the groups, the capillary permeability of the rats in the damaged model group of 3, 7, 15, 21 d was inhibited the content of β-endorphin increased, and the content of IL-6 in the rats decreased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhengshi Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction can inhibit the capillary permeability of rats, increase the content of β-endorphin and decrease the content of IL-6 in rats, thus can improve the symptoms of soft tissue injury in rats.
