荷术饮辅治T2DM患者(痰浊瘀阻证)的效果及对中医症候、糖脂代谢和外周血MCP-1、sICAM-1水平的影响

Curative Effect of Hezhuyin Decoction Adjunctive Therapy on T2DM Patients (Phlegm-Turbid Blood-Stasis Syndrome) and Its Influences on TCM Syndrome, Glucolipid Metabolism, MCP-1and sICAM-1Levels in Peripheral Blood

目的:观察荷术饮辅治2型糖尿病(痰浊瘀阻证)的临床效果。方法:选取我院2017年1月~2018年12月收治的90例T2DM(痰浊瘀阻证)患者为研究对象。随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例),对照组予以常规口服降糖药物,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上予以荷术饮,两组均治疗4周。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的中医症候积分、糖脂代谢[空腹血糖(FPC)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、胰岛素抵抗性]及炎症反应[血清可溶性细胞间黏附因子(sICAM-1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)]。结果:治疗组的临床有效率(95.56%)显著高于对照组(82.22%)(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的头身困重、脘腹胀满、大便不爽及总中医证候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的TC、TG、FPC及胰岛素抵抗指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的sICAM-1、MCP-1显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上辅助荷术饮治疗痰浊瘀阻导致的T2DM临床效果显著,改善临床症状,调节患者糖脂代谢。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Heshuyin Decoctioni on type 2 diabetes mellitus [(T2DM), phlegm-turbid blood-stasis syndrome].Methods:90 T2DM patients(phlegm-turbid blood-stasis syndrome) who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled as study objects.They were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases) and controlled group(45 cases).The controlled group was given oral routine hypoglycemic drugs.On this basis, the treatment group was given Heshuyin Decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical curative, scores of traditional Chines medicine(TCM) syndromes, glucolipid metabolism [fasting blood glucose(FPC), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL), insulin resistance] and inflammatory response [serum soluble intercellular adhesion factor(sICAM-1), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)] before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical response rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(95.56% vs 82.22%)(P<0.05).After treatment, weak head and body, abdominal fullness and distention, uncomfortable defecating and total TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).TC, TG, FPC and insulin resistance index of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).sICAM-1 and MCP-1 of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Heshuyin Decoction on the basis of routine treatment significant on T2DM caused by phlegm-turbid blood-stasis, which can improve clinical symptoms, and regulate glucolipid metabolism.
