自拟解毒化瘀地黄汤对小儿川崎病外周血Th9细胞及血清IL-6水平的影响

Effect of Self-made Jiedu Huayu Dihuang Decoction on Peripheral Blood Th9Cells and Serum IL-6for Children with Kawasaki Disease

目的:研究自拟解毒化瘀地黄汤治疗小儿川崎病对外周血Th9细胞及血清IL-6水平的影响。方法:选取2018.1~2019.4于我院治疗的川崎病患儿118例进行研究,按照入院顺序奇偶性分为对照组与观察组,各56例;对照组患儿口服阿司匹林联合静脉滴注丙种球蛋白进行治疗,观察组患儿采用自拟解毒化瘀地黄汤联合静脉滴注丙种球蛋白进行治疗;比较两组患儿疗效与中医症状积分、症状消退时间、Th9细胞与其细胞因子白介素-9(IL-9)及血清白介素-6(IL-6)水平、以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组患儿中医症状积分均有显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组皮疹、发热、粘膜充血、淋巴结肿大消退时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿Th9细胞与其细胞因子IL-9、血清IL-6水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:自拟解毒化瘀地黄汤对小儿川崎病具有良好的治疗效果,它可以显著改善患儿中医临床积分、有助于患儿更快恢复、改善患儿免疫功能与缓解炎症反应,且无明显不良反应发生。

Objective:To study the effect of Self-made Jiedu Huayu Dihuang Decoction on peripheral blood Th9 cells and serum IL-6 level for children with Kawasaki disease.Methods:A total of 118 children patients with Kawasaki disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected for the study and were divided into controlled group and observation group according to the parity of admission order, with 56 cases in each group.The controlled group was given oral Aspirin combined with intravenous infusion of Gamma Globulin, and the observation group was treated with Self-made Jiedu Huayu Dihuang Decoction combined with intravenous infusion of Gamma Globulin.The efficacy and TCM symptoms scores, regressiontimes of symptoms, Th9 cells and levels of cytokine interleukin-9(IL-9) and serum interleukin-6(IL-6) and incidence rate of adverse reactionswere compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM symptoms scores in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The regression times of rash, fever, mucosal hyperemia and lymph node enlargement in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of Th9 cells and cytokine IL-9 and serum IL-6 were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05), and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Jiedu Huayu Dihuang Decoction has good treatment effects in children with Kawasaki disease.And it can significantly improve the clinical TCM scores, help children recover faster, improve immune function and relieve inflammatory response, and it has no obvious occurrence of adverse reactions.
