火针联合英花枇杷颗粒治疗寻常型痤疮临床观察

Clincial Observation of Using Fire Needle Combined with Yinghua Pipa Granules in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的:观察火针联合英花枇杷颗粒治疗寻常型痤疮临床疗效。方法:将本院于2017年12月至2019年12月诊治的82例寻常型痤疮患者采用随机数表法分为治疗组与对照组各41例。对照组给予口服英花枇杷颗粒,治疗组采用火针联合英花枇杷颗粒进行治疗。对比分析两组治疗前后皮损评分、免疫功能情况以及临床疗效差异,并采用面部痤疮特异性生活质量量表(Qol-Acne,QOL)对患者生活质量进行评价。结果:经治疗,治疗组各时段皮损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率分别为92.68%和72.73%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后,两组lgA、lgM值无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗组lgG值较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组的自我感知、情感以及社会功能3方面生活质量评分较治疗前改善明显,且治疗组改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合英花枇杷颗粒治疗寻常型痤疮,可明显改善皮损,改善机体的免疫水平,疗效显著,能提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of using fire needle combined with Yinghua Pipa Granules in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:82 patients with acne vulgaris diagnosed and treated in the hospital between December 2017 and December 2019 were divided into treatment group and controlled group by the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group.The controlled group were treated with oral administration of Yinghua Pipa Granules, and the treatment group were treated with fire needle combined with Yinghua Pipa Granules.The skin lesion scores, immune function and clinical effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Quality of life of patients was evaluated with the Facial Acne Specific Quality of Life Scale(Qol-Acne, QOL).Results:After treatment, the skin lesion scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(92.68% vs 72.73%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in lgA or lgM between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).IgG in the treatment group were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Scores of self-perception, emotion and social function of both groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle combined with Yinghua Pipa Granules can significantly improve skin lesions of patients with acne vulgaris.The treatment also can significantly improve the immune level and quality of life of patients.
