摘要
自由基串联环化反应由于原子经济性和步骤经济性较高等特点,近年来在有机合成领域引起了广泛关注.2-甲硫基芳炔化合物在自由基串联环化反应中具有多样的反应性,可用于合成官能团化的苯并噻吩类化合物和硫杂黄酮类化合物.本文对近年来该领域的进展进行了总结和综述.
Radical cascade cyclization reaction has attracted extensive attention in the field of organic synthesis in recent years due to the advantages of high atom economy and step economy.Methyl(2-alkynylaryl)sulfanes have displayed various reactivity in radical cyclization reactions,which can be used to synthesize functionalized benzothiophenes and thioflavones.The progress of the application of methyl(2-alkynylaryl)sulfanes as substrates for the radical cascade cyclization reaction was summarized in this review.
